I thought it was right to share my live meditation session with the lovely Sanjai. With our focus to find peace in our own space, join us as we centre ourselves, calm our thoughts, and tackle any anxiousness that may be occupying our minds. Sit down, take some deep breaths, and find some peace with us too. Even when normalcy feels so far, it is reassuring to be reminded of the power of a positive mindset and being still for just a moment.
