Good morning ladies..
Today I'm off to do a talk at the Kensington and Chelsea Ladies Association so I'm going to do a skincare routine that wakes up my skin and sets a good base for my makeup.
I'm really into my morning regime, I've started taking all my vitamins again and I'm taking Tumeric and Ginger shots every morning too. The ginger really burns through my system but it gives me such a good wake up call. I love it.
I've also been trying to meditate regularly, it gives me such great inspiration for January. If you are looking for that new year energy then go and have a listen, it's all on the blog..
So today I want to share with you some acid peels that I've been using and show you how to do a daytime smokey eye with new Rocketman shade Moon and Universe...
I've been trying this on my left hand for a week. It's really good if you're noticing age spots and want to get rid of them. It's really good for sloshing off dead skin and is quite gentle at the same time.
My "party peel" as it's quite expensive but it leaves a real tingle on the skin.
I use this at night after micro needling. After double cleansing my face I micro needle and then put on the peel, then I micro needle again and put on DCL C Scape High Potency Night Booster 30 (£108).
In the morning I really feel the benefit to my skin.
T-TIP Consider during the winter months there are a lot more elements that cause us to have dead skin on our face so it's important to remember to slough it off to keep our skin glowy and fresh
