Today’s makeup removal and skincare routine consisted of nourishing products that work well on my skin in this freezing cold weather that we are experiencing in London at the moment. Exfoliation is key on days like this as skin can become drier than usual so it is important to massage away those dead skin cells in order for our serums and moisturisers to take effect.
Below are the products I used.
De Mamiel Cleansing Balm - £54
The brand was founded by aromatherapist Annee de Mamiel after chemotherapy and radiation treatment dried out her skin.
KEY INGREDIENTS: __
Contains Kukui Nut butter which is rich in antioxidants and calendula, camellia and moringa oils as cleansing agents.
__WHY I LOVE IT:
This is my favourite cleanser at the moment, smells mesmerising and removes all traces of makeup.
Andalou Naturals Lemon Sugar Facial Scrub - £9.50
Founded by Stacey Kelly Egide and Mark Egide, Andalou Naturals is one of seven organic personal care brands founded by the duo. Andalou Naturals is the first Non-GMO Project Verified beauty brand.
Contains fruit stem cell complex with organ stem cells, Manuka honey and organic cane sugar to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells.
__WHY I LOVE IT: __
This leaves the skin feeling fresh and ready for subsequent product.
Romilly Wilde Advanced Supercell Serum - £110
Launched by Susie Willis in 2015, Romilly Wilde uses ‘adaptogenic’ actives to seek out stressors and imbalances in the skin and ‘intelligently adapts’ to those cells to correct, balance and restore.
Contains naturally-occurring hyaluronic acid from Chrondus Chrispus which retains moisture in the skin, also contains green mandarin extract which is an antioxidant which helps to brighten and tone the skin.
__WHY I LOVE IT: __
This product is natural skincare at its best, my skin feels very hydrated after using this.
Peter Thomas Roth Mega Rich Intensive Anti-Ageing Cellular Eye Creme - £45
Peter Thomas Roth started his brand in 1993 with a quest to find effective products to treat his own skin care concerns, which was primarily acne. His initial ingredients were inspired by the muds and minerals found in Hungarian thermal springs. The brand’s philosophy is to address skin care concerns for every skin type, from head to toe.
This eye cream contains Vitamins C & E for their antioxidant benefits, avocado oil to help condition and nourish the look of skin, and aloe vera which helps to calm puffy eyes.
__WHY I LOVE IT: __
I like to use eye cream to add some hydration and I also use it on the top lip to help reduce lines there also.

All the products featured on my social media channels are products I have personally gone out and discovered. As I only try make-up and skincare on myself I cannot guarantee that all of the products I recommend will suit you because everyone’s skin is different, and some people might be allergic to certain ingredients.
Wherever possible please test products out on yourself before purchasing.
Nothing on my social channels shall be interpreted as providing dermatological, medical or other such advice, and it is always best to seek the advice of a suitable professional should you have any such concerns.
I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me, or occasionally sent over by PRs when I have specifically asked for that product. (This saves me spending a fortune every month!)
I do not accept payments to make any of the videos on this channel, so to make it easy for you ladies, where appropriate, I will embed links so that you can have seamless ways to purchase. (As I know that some of you require instant gratification).
