Today I had the wonderful Caroline Hirons in my bathroom where we chatted all about spots. We brought in Chloe, who has some textural issue on her face including milia, which Caroline expertly removed.
Treating spots is really about nurturing your skin, not attacking it, which can be tempting. However Caroline really believes in hydrating the spot in order to reduce the potential for scarring.
