7/ Fulvic Health Fulvic Acid Mist (£25)

This is the hero product – it is a leave in treatment spray to be used overnight that delivers fulvic acid and its actives to the maximum degree. This also contains marine collagen which is rich in keratin producing amino acids such as proline – incidentally marine collagen is much smaller in size than bovine collagen.

Fulvic Acid Mist

8/ Diptique Eau De Lierre Eau De Toilette (£92)

Diptique have the most beautoful collection of scents. Eau de Lierre is a fresh and slightly aquatic accord and as herbaceous as green sap rising up a vine.

1/ Viridian Clear Skin Complex (£22.95)

Not only does this supplement help with acneic skins but it is also great for those who have eczema. Clear Skin Complex is specifically formulated with targeted botanicals, key minerals and antioxidant carotenoids. It contains probiotics which has the ability to influence inflammation, which in turn has important implications in acne.

2/ Nannette De Gaspe Restorative Techstile Face Masque (£85)

Nannette De Gaspe masks are my absolute favourite. They have a waterless techstile™ treatment which includes a combination of powerful age renewal, brightening, and hydrating actives that help stimulate collagen and elastin. Expensive, but worth it.

3/ Romilly Wilde Light + Energy Serum Cleanser (£54)

This cleanser contains 25 active ingredients. I love the balm texture which emulsifies into a milk, yet feels immensly hudrating.
