I am back with Sanjai for another energising meditation. I really feel this could be a regular series; The blog can be an archive of Sanjai’s calming and energising recordings that we can always come back to when we are feeling tense, stressed and depleated.
Sanjai begins by guiding your breath with the same technique as last week, the palms facing upwards, breathing in for two seconds and out for two seconds. He really helps us to focus on our breath, makes us aware of the space around us and brings our attention to a ball of energy that we can feel recharging us. As we absorb this energy we feel more uplifted.
After this particular meditation I really did feel a change in my mood. I also felt my nervous system waking up which is why I adore these morning sessions...
