This week, I had lots of questions about where to apply a retinol on the face, how to combat and care for dry skin, which can sometimes be as simple as increasing your water intake...and what cleansers benefit older skin.

It is also so important ladies to set your intentions for the day and create manageable goals that you can achieve and that will make you feel great. Mine is to drink double the amount of water I did yesterday...whats yours?
