This evening, I had my personal trainer Natalie come to Trinny London HQ to show Chloe and I some key exercises we can do at work (or at home!) to keep us flexible and moving throughout the day.
Natalie made some extremely important points about us staying active and engaged when we spend so long sat down in front of our laptops each day.
The exercises she showed us are extremely easy and you don't need any equipment at all, you'll be able to do everything in the comfort of your own home, and everything altogether will take you no longer than 10 minutes.
