a workout to tone and strengthen your arms
Today Natatlie and I are focusing on ARMS. This is a 3 minute or a 10 minute workout, if you are feeling strong, go through these exercises 3 times..
You don't need a lot of equipment, you can substitute the step for a chair or the sofa if it's lower, and certainly some tinned food or milk bottles filled with water will do for weights. The resistance band is definitely worth the investment though - and it's portable too so you could through it in your hand luggage when travelling to keep up with your workouts on holiday, if that's your thing...
