a message from the team
At Trinny London, we have spent the last few days reflecting on what we can do as a team and what we need to achieve. Some of the following is already in the works and other initiatives are new.
Trinny London is committing to:
Improve diversity in our workforce by working with partners like Creative Access starting June 2020
Starting June 2020, build the technology on our website to extend the number of photos featured on every product page to showcase more models wearing each shade, increasing the number of Black models and POC across the website
Extend our skin category shade ranges to cover every skin tone by February 2021
Work with organisations like Creative Access to introduce inclusivity programmes and bias training for our team
Support our Black employees' initiatives to help educate the team, such as our team’s new Book Club that was introduced by our video editor, Nicole
Regularly feature Black-owned businesses in editorial content such as Elevator Pitches, Skincare Q&A and more from June 2020
Offer volunteering time for our employees to mentor people from under-represented communities through Creative Access
