Today on This Morning, I showed 3 women over 50 how to celebrate their bodies post menopause. With the physical changes that the menopause can bring, it's often hard to know how to confidently dress your figure and look your best in any situation..
My dress is from Zara, I don't usually wear red but when I do I put it with tan as I think black is too harsh. On my eyes I'm wearing Eye2Eye in Fortune (£18) and the perfect red to match this dress is Lip Luxe in Swainy (£22).
This tailored suit looks great on Sarah's curvy shape. By adding this long pendant necklace, I've created the illusion of cleavage without showing skin so although Sarah is totally covered, she still looks sexy by way of the contours I've created.

When someone has a skintone that can take a bold colour like orange, I like to really go for it and add layer upon layer. Joyce, at 60 is owning this look, the bag and shoes add fun and show off Joyce's saucy character.
