I am back with Natalie for a 30 minute blast workout...

For those of you asking are Natalie's workouts getting harder, YES they are! As I have got stronger, my body has adapted and I'm able to push myself more...but that doesn't mean it's easy...those sliders seriously burn and I am grateful to have Natalie pushing me to keep going...

I found this workout today slightly harder because I was really feeling tired, but consistency is key to making the most of your workout structure...
