Today I’m back with Natalie for a 10 minute rehab workout.
I love starting the morning off with some energy, and these 4 exercises help to strengthen the muscles around my knees, ankles and hips…
I love skiing and wearing platforms, which is why working on my balance and stabilising muscles is so important.
Natalie always pushes me to get the most out of my workout but they’re harder than they look. I’m a no pain, no gain kind of girl, so I really try to get the most from every session I have with Natalie.
We finished with a foam roller, which felt more like a sports massage, to stretch out the muscles after my workout.
I know I’ll feel amazing for the rest of the day…
