Today I am filming from ITV’s This Morning to talk about how to wear a pop of colour and bring more colour into your life. It really has such strong power to influence both your own mood and how others perceive you. It’s also a great pick-me-up when you’re feeling not quite yourself. So today we’re looking at three inspiring colour choices…

First we start with Ify, a gorgeous lady made even more fabulous by her two-piece suit. A vivid dirty orange shade, it would be so easy to wear this suit with a white shirt underneath. That would work well, but to take her look to the next level it’s all about getting a tonally beautiful colour to go with it. In our case, that’s a peachy salmony shade that really accentuates the richness of the suit, not to mention it’s more unexpected so kudos to that. Ify is wearing ChaCha on her lips and cheeks for a little colour harmony with Emily and Maiko Sheer Shimmer on the lips for some added sparkle.

Next up is our lovely Chloe in neon yellow, such a happy colour. But what to pair it with? Lavender complements the colour perfectly and introduces a touch of softness too. These trousers are from M&S and they have the perfect fit. The finishing touch is the Kurt Geiger rainbow bag. It’s such a nifty item because it goes with absolutely everything... For makeup, Chloe is wearing our Lip Love in Dalia on her lids for a light wash of burgundy that really brings out the hazel in her eyes.

Last but not at all least we have the gorgeous Eileen. I can’t get enough of this look; she’s wearing a power pink trouser suit with a fabulous pink shirt from Monsoon underneath. The yellow heels give that extra unexpected pop. Bright with bright, how could you not feel utterly fabulous in this outfit? For her makeup, Eye2Eye in Strength really brings out the blue in her eyes.

So ladies, consider experimenting with colour and expect the compliments to roll in…
