Your Career FAQs
You don’t advertise salary on your job adverts, where can I find out this information?
We’ve chosen not to advertise salaries for now – instead, we encourage you to be open with us and tell us what your salary expectation is on your application. We can then discuss salary in more detail during the first stage of the interview process.
I have accessibility needs, how can I reach out for support?
We want you to feel comfortable at every stage of the interview process, so please do send us an email outlining your requirements and we’ll make sure you have all the support you need.
How long is the interview process?
This varies depending on the department and role, but usually we have an informal first stage call with our Talent team, an interview with the hiring manager and then a task to present in-person to the team. For retail positions, we have a call with the Counter Manager, an interview in-store and then an interview with a representative from our host stores.
If there’s anything that you feel is unclear during your initial application, please do ask for more details at the first stage and we’ll be more than happy to explain the next steps.
I want to use AI to help me in the interview process, is that ok?
Absolutely - AI can be a great tool when preparing for your interview. Whether you’re researching, practising answers, or organising your thoughts, we encourage you to use it to feel more confident and ready.
During the interview itself, we’re really interested in you - how you think, communicate, and connect. So while light use of tools is understandable, it shouldn’t replace your own voice or responses in the moment.
At Trinny London, we see AI as a way to work smarter, not as a substitute for human thinking. The best approach is to use it to support your preparation, then show up as yourself - bringing your ideas, your creativity, and your perspective
How does Trinny London use AI in the hiring process?
We use AI tools during the hiring process - for example, to record interviews or create transcripts. If we do, we’ll always ask for your permission first.
We use AI to help us work smarter and more efficiently - it supports our teams by saving time and improving consistency, but it never replaces human judgement and every decision is ultimately made by people, not AI.
We also have clear guidelines in place to ensure AI is used responsibly, with a strong focus on protecting your data and privacy. Our teams are trained to recognise and challenge potential biases in AI, so we can continue building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
If you’d like to know more about how we use technology in our hiring process, feel free to get in touch at talent@trinnylondon.com
I don’t see a vacancy suitable for me, can I still send my CV?
Yes, please do! We’re always on the lookout for talented people. Either apply for our “Future Talent” role as you normally would, or email us at talent@trinnylondon.com for HQ roles and retail.talent@trinnylondon.com for retail roles.
How can I prepare for my interview?
The best place to start is taking a look around our website and social pages to familiarise yourself with Trinny London. Check out the Match2Me tool on our website and do some research into some of our products. As a general tip, make sure you have some examples of times you’ve done something you’re proud of, or something you’ve excelled in over your career.
Can I reapply?
Of course! We may have seen your CV before, but please do apply again if you find another role that takes your interest.
How can I make my application stand out?
Apart from a splash of yellow on your CV, we’d love to hear why you’ve chosen to apply for Trinny London. We love passionate individuals, so a bit of enthusiasm goes a long way, whether that’s for our products, our mission, or our digital-first credentials.
What should I wear to the interview/screening?
We’re far from formal or corporate – wear something that you feel comfortable in and makes you feel your best!
I am from a recruitment agency. How do I get in touch to work with you?
It’s great that you’d like to work with us, but please don’t send us speculative CVs, as any CVs sent in this way are not subject to agency T&Cs. You can get in touch to register your interest at talent@trinnylondon.com.
