Poly-hydroxy acids

Larger in molecule size than alpha-hydroxy acids, our poly-hydroxy acids (gluconolactone and lactobionic acid) take a slow and steady approach to exfoliation. They also have the ability to draw in moisture and hold onto it too – one of the many reasons why they’re well suited to sensitive and dehydrated skin.

Trehalose

An ingredient with survival instinct, trehalose occurs naturally in plants and fungi and helps them to thrive in extreme conditions. It brings these benefits to skincare, acting as a moisture magnet to lock in hydration.

Glycine-bonded azelaic acid

Azelaic acid is a powerhouse ingredient used by dermatologists to brighten complexions and soothe redness. It’s tricky to formulate with, so for maximum benefits we’ve used it in a new, innovative, glycine-bonded form where it works to calm stressed and sensitive skin without irritation.
