This week I asked Sanjai to focus on body positivity. As many of you know, I have made some big decisions lately, I want to look and feel well. I've stopped smoking and I'm seeing my trainer, Natalie 3 times a week. I've addressed my diet too and after 2 weeks I have even more energy.
It's 50% vanity, 50% lookng after myself. I want to feel this good when I'm 93 and maybe the penny dropped this week that feeling good about my body is key. Rather then shaming myself or thinking negative thoughts about the ripples on my legs, I want to appreciate and thank my body for carrying me through each day.
So get comforatble, take a deep breath and meditate with us..
