UK RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope everyone loves our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your items for free. Just return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order – no questions asked.
If in the UK, you can do this by going to the Royal Mail Returns Portal and following the instructions on the site.
You will need your order number, name and address.
To find your order number, open your shipping confirmation email and it is located in the 'For Royal Mail Returns please use this reference #' section near the bottom of the email. You can also find your order number in the top right corner of this same email.
Provided that your return is in the original packaging all you need to do is to:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. If you wish to return items to us, please do so unopened and unused within 30 days to:

Please ensure you include a note inside with your full contact details and order number.
International returns can take slightly longer to be received, therefore please allow up to 14 working days for your refund/exchange to be actioned. In the meantime, kindly obtain your proof of postage receipt for your records.
If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify the person delivering your goods that they are being received damaged and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
