As the COVID-19 situation develops, the Trinny London team want to let you know that we are continuing to ship orders and we are taking enhanced measures to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and warehouse staff.

Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Our warehouse and courier partners are informing us that typical return times are being extended due to the impact of COVID-19, extra safety measures including quarantining of incoming packages and increased social distancing with a lower staff ratio. Please be patient if your return takes a little longer to be processed.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope everyone loves our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you do need to return something, we’ve made it as simple as possible.
Just return the item, unused, in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

If in the UK, you can do this by going to the Royal mail Returns portal and following the instructions on the site.
You will need your order number, name and address.
Provided that your return is in the original packaging all you need to do is to:

  • Click "Box/bag"
  • Click "Yes" as our packaging is less than 20kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x - 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)
  • Select a reason for your return
  • Enter your name and address
    This will generate a label which you can print off, attach to the package and take to you local Post Office for despatch (where they may be able to print your label for you).
    If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, you can do so by following the returns procedure outlined above.
    Please note that for reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope everyone loves our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you do need to return something, we’ve made it as simple as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. If you wish to return items to us, please do so unopened and unused to:

Please ensure you include a note inside with your full contact details and order number.

International returns can take slightly longer to be received, therefore please allow up to 14 working days for your refund/exchange to be actioned. In the meantime, kindly obtain your proof of postage receipt for your records.

FAULTY GOODS

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please notify the person delivering your goods that they are being received damaged and contact us at [email protected] or call +44 (0) 20 3893 3251 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
