How to make your lips look fuller without needles

Step one: To create extra oomph, first choose a Line2Define Lip Liner shade that matches your natural lip colour.

Step two: Instead of tracing your lip line, trace just slightly outside of it – this is your cheat to making your lips look fuller. Draw straight across your Cupid’s bow and the middle of your bottom lip before lining outwards stopping short just before the corners so you don’t get pulled down.
